At The Scarlet Page, we’re passionate about celebrating every part of romance culture, from the stories on our shelves to the art and creativity that bring them to life. The Scarlet Page offers limited event slots for author signings, readings, and community gatherings throughout the year.
To request a signing or event date, please complete our Book Signing Request Form with your details, preferred dates, and any special needs. Our team will review your submission and follow up if your event can be accommodated.
Please remember that event space is limited, and priority may be given to authors whose work aligns closely with our store’s mission and audience.

At The Scarlet Page, we believe love stories are meant to be shared—and donating your book is a wonderful way to reach new readers while giving back to our community.
All donated books will be offered free to customers who spend $50 or more in-store. It’s our way of helping readers discover new authors, especially independent and diverse voices in romance.
If you’d like to donate, please fill out our donation form or drop your books off in person during store hours. We’ll review each donation to ensure it aligns with our store’s mission and values.

The Scarlet Page offers limited availability for private event rentals, perfect for gatherings, celebrations, book clubs, and intimate moments shared in a romantic, book-filled setting.
To request a reservation, please complete our Event Rental Request Form with your details, preferred date, and any special accommodations. Our team will review your submission and follow up if your event can be accommodated.
Please note that availability is limited, and bookings are approved based on scheduling, capacity, and alignment with our space.

Store Policies
Return Policy
At The Scarlet Page, we want every story you take home to be one you love. Books may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in pristine, unread condition, free from any damage.
All bookish treasures—including stickers, bookmarks, keychains, buttons, pins, coloring books, and similar items—are final sale and not eligible for return.
Event Policy
Our events are curated with intention and are designed for adults unless otherwise noted.
To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as your reserved space could have been a moment shared with another.

Every book on our shelves has a story long before it reaches your hands. At The Scarlet Page, we source from authors, publishers, and trusted distributors, thoughtfully pricing each title to honor the creators behind the pages while sustaining our independent bookstore.
Partnership Policy
At The Scarlet Page, we are always honored by the interest of authors, creators, and collaborators who wish to work with us. While we would love to support every story and creative voice, we are a small independent bookstore and are unable to guarantee partnerships or placements for everyone.
Each request is reviewed with care and intention, and due to the volume of inquiries we receive, response times may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we thoughtfully curate collaborations that align with our space and community.

Event Booking Policy
Deposits: All event deposits are non-refundable. This secures your date and space.
Open Space Rental: Our open lounge area is available for private or community event bookings (readings, clubs, signings, and more). Availability is limited and confirmed upon deposit.
Rescheduling: Any change in schedule must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a partial refund or date adjustment. First time change free of charge. Second time rescheduling will result in a $50 fee.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Events canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Food is allowed and offered. We are a nut and seafood free space at all times.
